Brian’s extensive 30 years of insurance industry experience and knowledge, provides him with a far greater understanding of what adjusters and insurance companies must deal with on a daily basis. Heavy caseloads, having to deal with multiple vendors and contractors as well as policyholders, coupled with the time constraints that they are required to bring claim files to completion.

My name is Brian and I am the Founder and Owner of Distinctive Inventory Documentation Solutions. After a very lengthy career in the insurance industry and with the past 8 years focused on content claims, I felt compelled to start a new chapter in my life and embark on the venture of operating my own company.
As an inventory specialist, I strongly believe that you should know your clients, the policyholders, and your work product inside and out and deliver truly superior outcomes and customer satisfaction to all stakeholders. When finalizing a content claim, the specialist should leave the client and policyholder as a trusted, competent service professional.
Brian’s reputation and exceptional work ethic are highly regarded in the industry and as such, he holds himself to very high standards of professional conduct, integrity, trust and respect for the clients and policyholders he is entrusted to serve.
As a service provider, we need to establish a relationship from the ground up and follow through on the promises that are made. Brian’s extensive experience, training and knowledge have allowed him to develop a very distinctive skill set. Brian is committed to furthering his professional development and has completed additional studies in his own personal time, achieving Certified Inventory Specialist and Certified Appraisal Examiner designations and plans to pursue further studies in the future, that will complement the knowledge and expertise he has already gained.
